Judgment of My Body

I spent a long ass time judging my body. Working out because I thought I needed to be fixed.

As I go through a new phase of health and wellness I’m changing my mindset. I’m working with a new coach who is helping me to become strong, lean, and fit.

I want to be there for me now and my future self. Not for my husband. Not for other people. I want to set a good example for my kids and make sure I am healthy in the long run.

I want to be as strong as I can physically and of course, achieve some physical goals. So I have completely changed my way of eating and my workout schedule because what worked for me before kids isn’t what is working now.

I’m not trying to go back to the old version of me. I am moving forward and building a new version of myself.

Worrying if People Like Me

I don’t have the energy for this! I will be kind and polite to anyone, but I am no longer allocating any of my emotional bandwidth to worrying about what people think of me.

I personally don’t like everyone so why should I expect everyone to like me? If it’s on social media, click that unfollow! It is so freeing!

Scarcity Mentality of Money

Since I was little I have had a bad mindset surrounding money. It caused a lot of worry and anxiety in my world which carried into my adult life. I made decisions from a place of scarcity and worked tons of jobs. I worked harder not smarter.

I am no longer making decisions from a place of scarcity but alignment. I now have room for abundance and creativity.

Do what you love and the money will follow.

Mom Guilt and Comparison

I don’t love seasonal decor. My kids will have a blessed and beautiful childhood even though I don’t have a perfectly decorated home.

I don’t have the mental energy to stress about this these things.

Instead, I am opting in to joy, success, and moving forward in a big way.

What can YOU opt out of so that you can opt into your desired core feelings?
